An appropriate TransWilts Train service ...

... Please let us have more details!

There is a window of opportunity in the first months of 2011 to promote / look to gaining a much more appropriate service on the TransWilts line, with more trains from December. This opportunity is fully supported by the Community Rail Partnership (who's web site this is) as well as all the other parties who are / need to be involved. The community can help in many ways - in the very short term by going to the TransWilts Rail web site and showing their interest and views by completing a slightly longer survey. Link [here] please.

... Please Pledge YOUR support

"I support the return of a more appropriate train service linking the five largest population centres in Wiltshire, as shown in (or similar to) draft timetables from next December" (show draft) The pledge is formally completed and we are already forwarding our case using the support it has generated. However, you REMAIN welcome to use this page to add your support; you will no longer be offered the option of emailing the key player, as we are at present talking with them with regards service improvements.

The 2010 Community Rail Partnership survey / information gathering exercise is closed (but you can still link to the results). But we would really like you to help us by completing the much wider survey arranged by the various groups working together at TransWilts Rail
